Terms and Conditions

ORDER

On GO DREAM, you can buy gift vouchers for experiences. The experience can be presented in several ways, including a boxed gift card, elegant gift envelope, or directly through email as an e-gift card.

DELIVERY

During the payment process, you can choose your desired delivery method. GO DREAM can send the gift to you or directly to the person receiving the gift. If you order before 3 PM EST on weekdays, we’ll ship your gift the same day we receive your order. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be shipped on the next business day.

PRICES

All prices on GO DREAM are the same, whether you buy the experience through us or directly from our partners. You’ll automatically receive an email confirmation once you place your order. If you wish, you can view your past orders and print an invoice by logging in. You can also send an email to info@godream.com, and we’ll send you a copy of your order confirmation.

DELIVERY FEE

It costs nothing extra to buy experiences through GO DREAM.

GIFT VALIDITY

Gift cards from GO DREAM have no expiration date. At any time, your gift card can be exchanged for an experience. It’s possible for experiences to be changed, deleted, or increase in price during your gift card’s lifespan. However, our experience warranty assures that the price of your experience that appears on the site will not be susceptible to a price increase for a period of six months from the gift card purchase.

RETURN POLICY

We have a 14-day return policy on all purchases. Within these 14 days, you can request a refund for your purchase.

EXPERIENCE WARRANTY

Our warranty assures that you can use your experience from six months after the date of purchase. If the experience is changed, deleted or increases in price within the first six months from the date of purchase, you’re entitled to a full refund. After six months, you can exchange your experience for another experience on the site of equal or lesser value. Should you choose to use your experience if there is a price increase, you can choose to pay the difference of the experience. If you take advantage of the experience, please fill out the Experience Warranty form.

REDEMPTION OF YOUR EXPERIENCE

We have made it as easy as possible to redeem your experience gift. By logging in with your gift card ID number and redemption code on Activate Your Gift Card, you get access to booking information for your experience. Each gift card has a correlating personal ID number and redemption code that’s generated upon booking. There may be a waiting period for experience reservations, so please reserve in advance. Prices are subject to change after six months, and the purchaser should note that a booking is binding. Once an experience has been booked, it cannot be canceled or modified. You cannot exchange your experience for another if you’ve already booked it. Gift cards must be brought to the experience location, otherwise you may be charged or will be rejected on site.

PAYMENT

Payments can be made on GO DREAM with Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB, or Diners Club.

The current price list is dependent upon the credit card type. The charge will appear in the payment process. With payment by credit card, you’re always protected against credit card abuse. You have the option to refuse payment when you receive your statement. You have no deductible in the event that your card is misused. Neither GO DREAM or others can read your personal data. The amount of your selected experience is deducted only when the gift boxes are sent from GO DREAM. There can never be a deduction of an amount greater than what you’ve approved at the acquisition.

EXCHANGE OF EXPERIENCE

Experiences can be exchanged for other GO DREAM experiences—free of charge—by following the instructions and form located at Swap Your Gift Card. The exchange must occur within the period of validity and can only be exchanged for another experience valued as the same amount on the original gift card. Once you’ve exchanged your gift, the user will receive a new gift card for the new experience, in addition to a new experience description. You’ll bear the shipping costs and any additional fees. There will be no refund for an exchange. Our replacement coverage ensures that you’ll always be able to find another experience gift. This also applies in cases where the experience no longer exists.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

GO DREAM offers a 14-day right of withdrawal from the purchase date. To use this, you must fill out a Return form. The monetary value of the experience will be returned within 10 days to the credit card used to purchase the gift.

If you’d like your money back for a gift card purchased from one of our distributors, please contact the shop where it was purchased. Note that when your gift card is purchased elsewhere—not through our shop—the store’s rules on exchanges and returns are upheld.

COMPLAINTS AND RESPONSIBILITY

If you have a negative time with one of our partners, GO DREAM is not held liable for the experience. Any damage or harm is subject to the partner’s liability limitations. Contact the partner directly, as our partners assume responsibility for the experience purchased. However, if you do have an unsatisfactory experience, please contact us so we can be made aware and assist in any future complaints. By law, you must contact us within a reasonable time after you’ve had a negative experience; we recommend that you contact us immediately after redemption. Neither GO DREAM nor our partners may be held liable for an amount greater than GO DREAM’s value.

SAFETY

Please note that participation in some of our experiences are associated with risk of injury. We do our best to minimize this risk, but participation is at your own risk. GO DREAM is not responsible for injury or damage. Most of our partners are covered, but you should always check your own insurance before participating in an experience.

A cookie is a small strand of data stored in the cached files of a user’s web browser. This data is sent by a website and stored to help in future visits to the site. Statistics are used on GO DREAM. This means that a statistical system collects information in order to create a statistical model of how many visitors a website has had, where they come from, and what part of the site was visited.

YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

To enter into an agreement with us, you must register with the following personal information: name, address, telephone number, and email address. Personal information is used to complete purchases or provide additional service. The information is also used to get more familiar with you and other users of the site. This use may include studies and analysis aimed at improving our products, services and technologies, and displaying content and advertising that are customized to your interests using Google Analytics and Trustpilot.

Personal information registered with GO DREAM is stored for five years, after which the data is deleted. When collecting personal information through our website, we ensure that it always happens when submitting your consent, so that you are informed of exactly what information is collected and why. The information delivered to GO DREAM will not be transmitted or sold in any way to third parties other than described, and GO DREAM will not record any sensitive personal information. When registered with GO DREAM, you always have the right to object to the registration. You also have the right to inspect the information recorded about you.
